About 50 BSLC members and friends gathered around fire pits Dec. 22 on the Beautiful Savior patio and lawn as part of our 5th Campfire Caroling. What began out of necessity during the pandemic has become a beloved annual event.
The group sang Christmas carols, enjoyed each other’s fellowship, partook in hot beverages and cookies, and chuckled (or groaned) at Pastor Dennis’ Christmas jokes.
Thank you to everyone who lent their fire pits or donated cookies to the event, to Pastor Dennis and Rachel Durham for leading the singing, and to Katie Gardner for accompanying on the saxophone. And big thanks to the Board of Elders for hosting again.
