Celebrating Rally Sunday

BSLC celebrated Rally Sunday Sept. to kick-off of our fall Christian education classes after summer break.

Our Christian education leaders – from adult Bible study leaders to our Sunday school teachers – were commissioned during the service.

The congregation then gathered for the last summer picnic, signing up for ministries including LWML, Meet & Make/Project Linus, and HOP Day coming up on Nov. 2.

Kids smacked open a piñata, which has become a BSLC Rally Day tradition, and a few people snuck in a couple Bingo games before clean-up.

Thanks to everyone for your participation and the various ways you volunteered to make this day take place.
